Maxi Jean Joseph was born in Jacmel Haiti, the son of two very proud parents. Both of his parents were very religious of member of Notre de Lourdes. He completed his High School career at Brandeis High School where he played Football (soccer) for Bob Mac-Arthur. Maxi then went on to play Division III Soccer for Bharuch University. Max was also a musician at the University, beginning his college career as a Music Major. Max graduated from Bharuch University with a degree in Media Productions in 1996. While a student at Baruch, Max was initiated into the fraternity. He has three other siblings, Frantz, Guy and Lesly. Maxi played high school basketball.
Career
Maxi was Program Director of the school radio station at Baruch, University , helping to take it to record breaking heights in the Lakay radio, Philadelphia area. While in school, he interned at (Radio Kalbass) in Washington, DC and after graduation, he began his broadcasting career being hired by Kvlm immediately upon graduation. In D.C, he first worked at HVC, doing the Overnight show, and after 4 months On Air, accepted an offer to do Weekend Shifts in New York City, Elmont at Radio HNL.
